Procopio Villarreal has more than 10 years of experience in electronic design and software development for embedded applications. He worked as faculty member for the Electrical Engineering Department at ITESM Campus Monterrey, were he taught the courses on Theory of Television, Digital Systems and the Laboratory on Digital Systems. He still acts as an external advisor professor for the Engineering Project's class.
During 7 years, he acted as a researcher for the ITESM's Telecommunications Center. Before founding EXPERTiS, he worked as an embedded design consultant for local manufacturing companies. Mr. Villarreal is member of the IEEE and is also a Certified Technical Specialist Consultant for CONACYT programs.
He holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications ('88) and a Master degree in Electrical Engineering, with specialization in Electronic Systems ('91), both from ITESM Campus Monterrey. He also has partial studies of a Master's degree in Telecommunications from ITESM. |
